Our Firm
In January 2000, Mark Foster and Conor O'Daniel joined together to create the Evansville, IN based law firm now known as FOSTER O'DANIEL & HAMBIDGE, LLP. In doing so, the resulting lawyer office grew to represent attorney services for more criminal defendants charged with DUI and other driving offenses than any other firm in Southern Indiana.
Over the past 10 years, our firm has grown to handle more than just traffic offenses. We handle a wide variety of individuals facing misdemeanor and felony charges, as well as counsel those who are in the process of divorce and other family law issues. As trial lawyers, the firm of Foster O'Daniel & Hambidge has never shied away from taking a case to trial, whether it be before a Judge or Jury.
